3 Day Weekend - October 2012

E had a 3 day weekend because of Columbus Day so we decided to drive to Charleston, SC for a day trip. We went there because 2 of my friends from the Marine Corps were also going there for the weekend. These two were in pretty much the same boat as me when I was separated from E (living as a single mother and stationed apart from the father/husband) and we all supported and helped each other along the way.

It was so good to see them again and my only wish is that we would have had more time together.
